We had a one bedroom suite. The room was large and had plenty of comfortable space. The indoor pool was nice, and there were A LOT of places to gather with family all over the hotel, inside and out. There is even a fire pit to sit around. Great staff. There are plenty of computers to use in the lobby and the space is the largest I have ever seen in a hotel.

I had a wonderful experience during my Christmas holiday stay after traveling from Houston. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the festive atmosphere created by the beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The rooms were not only clean but also quite spacious. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! I will certainly make this my go-to place every time I visit Tyler.

I like the value the cleanest and the accommodating breakfast when you're traveling for business. I like and enjoy the exercise room. The best thing about it is the kitchen area during the stay on the desk area while you're working. The staff is friendly.

This hotel well exceeded my expectations. The room was great, bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were very roomy. It is very nice having a full kitchen.

The hotel itself and our room were very clean and inviting! The hot breakfast exceeded our expectations and did provide a good variety. Omelets were delicious!

The location, pool and breakfast was wonderful. The electricity went out in most of the room around 3:00 am on the morning of checkout. It was just our room as far as I know. None of our other friends that had rooms lost electricity. That was the only drawback.

The location was very convenient for our business event. very clean and the amenities were as described. The breakfast was nice and refreshing.

The room was neatly designed. So whoever wants to watch TV or work on their laptop would not bother the one who wants to sleep early. There was a full kitchen. That’s a bonus. Breakfast was exceedingly good with some healthy options like whole wheat bread, fruit and yogurt. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. Check in was fast and easy.
